What we deliver

From bare slab to fully connected

IT design & consulting

Floor-plan-stage design: cabling paths, comms room sizing, Wi-Fi modelling, power and cooling — documented for your builder.

Structured cabling & fibre

Licensed data cabling, fibre backbones and patching, certified and labelled to standard.

Comms rooms & racks

Rack build, UPS, switching and firewall deployment — clean, documented and ready to grow.

Wi-Fi & networking

HPE Aruba and Ubiquiti wireless across office and warehouse zones, designed from surveys rather than guesswork.

Meeting rooms & AV

Teams/Zoom rooms, displays, booking panels and acoustically sane conferencing your staff will actually use.

Relocation & cutover

Friday shutdown, Monday go-live: services ported, fleets moved, engineers on the floor for opening day.

How it runs

One accountable contractor for the whole IT scope

Fit-outs go wrong in the gaps between trades — when the cabler, the internet provider, the AV installer and the IT company are four different vendors pointing at each other. Paxway owns the whole scope under one project manager: one design, one schedule, one number to call. We work to the construction program, attend site meetings, and hand over complete documentation at practical completion.

FAQs

Common questions

When should we involve you in a new office or warehouse project?

As early as possible — ideally at floor-plan stage. Cabling paths, comms room location, power and cooling are far cheaper to get right on paper than to retrofit. We regularly work alongside architects, builders and fit-out companies as the IT trade on the project.

What does an IT fit-out include?

Typically: structured cabling and fibre, comms room and rack build, switching, Wi-Fi design and installation, internet services, firewalls, meeting room AV, printers, door access and CCTV coordination, and desk-level setup. We scope exactly what your project needs and hand over full documentation.

Can you manage an office relocation with minimal downtime?

Yes — relocations are a core service. We plan the cutover so your team shuts down on Friday and works normally on Monday: new site pre-built and tested, services ported, equipment moved, and engineers on-site for day one.

Do you coordinate with builders and electricians?

We do. Paxway attends site meetings, works to the construction program and coordinates with the electrical and fit-out trades, so IT is not the trade that delays practical completion.

Can you handle both the office and the warehouse in one project?

That combination is our specialty: corporate-grade IT at the front of house and industrial wireless, scanning and dock infrastructure in the warehouse — one design, one contractor, one accountable team.
